For questions about OMNY, you can reach OMNY customer service online. Simply register for an OMNY account and access this page once you are logged in.

For questions about other MTA services, access the MTA’s online reporting system.

Contact us by phone

For all MTA services, call 511, the New York State transit and traffic line.

To reach the right customer service team, say MTA or the service you are interested in: Subways and Buses, Long Island Rail Road, Metro-North Railroad, or Bridges and Tunnels.

For paratransit customer service, call Access-A-Ride directly at 877-337-2017 (from outside the NY region, call 718-393-4999).

If you are a customer with hearing loss, use your preferred relay service provider or the free 711 service relay to reach 511.

Important: Due to the coronavirus outbreak, the OMNY customer service center hours will be shortened to Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM. During this time, you may encounter longer wait times. You can always use our automated phone system or log in to your OMNY account to view your trips and charges, manage your payment methods, and more.
